Selling of rotten meat

I bought monthly meat from the butchery on the 15th of April 2021 and on the 17th defrosted the meat to find that it’s rotten and because I’ve been working awkward hours wasn’t able to take it back and when I did take it with proof of pictures taken with dates they gave me stinking attitude from both the manager and assistant manager they told me I should go to department of health and report it
