waiting for refund of deposit
<p> we have moved out of summerplace complex at the end of July 2016, we are now in September and until today haven't heard anything about the refund of our deposit, not even a phone call from Karin Brand. is it my job to phon e them and enquire, aren't they suppose to ensure that people are getting their refunds?</p>

i was contacted on the 6th via e-mail that i will receive my deposit refund before Friday?????? i am still waiting, i have sent an e-mail this morning but with no response at all.
