Unbearable living conditions

So we moved into Elandsrock Estate Southcrest through Prime Letting Properties this was end of March. So then end of May we started noticing that the bedroom wall/ceiling was starting to mould and peel badly also there was a terrible stench from the moulding, we also noticed water coming down the bathroom wall, we assumed it was coming from the unit above us.We reported this to the care taker who said she would inform the profile manager however this also took long as we had to keep reminding the caretaker as there was no progress we decided to send an email to our profile manager Jared informing him about the situation as it was getting worse and we had to wipe the bathroom floor every now and then because of the water coming down the wall. Jared (the profile manager) then said he would ask the plumbers to come see the place (unit above) and then take it from there, this took about 3-4 weeks after we had nagged and nagged him for a follow up. Eventually he sent the plumber who told the gentleman in the unit above us that there is a pipe leakage from above hence we are also getting affected however the only thing the plumber was authorised to do was use silicone on the bath tub which by the way had nothing to do with the pipe leakage. Its now 7 months later and we are stil dealing with the same problem and its also getting worse we now even have plant like things growing out the wall.We again informed the caretaker who reffered us to another profile manager Presh who has also proven to being useless in assiting us, we have sent countless e-mails trying to get this matter resloved however there is no progress. This is very unfair considering that we pay rent of R5800 every single month without failure yet we live in a smelly,mouldy and wet apartment!!!
