Terrible Service

<p>I moved into a unit in Alberton exactly a month ago today. I was asked to complete a snag list of all the things that were wrong in the unit and I did so and sent it to the portfolio manager as well as the portfolio managers assistant. I have sent weekly emails regarding the issues that I have with the property and up until 2 weeks ago, I was reciving responses informing that the issues will be sorted out, now neither the portfolio manager or the assistant are responding to my emails, i'm still however, expected to pay my rent timeously and yet noone wants to maintain the property. If I had known that Prime letting is such an absolute letdown, I wouldn't have contracted with them.</p>
