Terrible Management

<p>This is the worst property agent I have ever come across with since I started renting. These people do not care about tenants at all, all they care about is to make money and deliver no services. Regardless the fact that tenants pay for all the utilities, they have no decency to communicate with tenants. They do not respond to any emails. I regret the day I signed up lease with Prime Letting. We have a burst pipe outside our complex amongst other issues that we have. None of these issues have been attended to. The people who are "supposed" to be managing are doing nothing about any raised issues. It's countless how many times we email them, they read and get NO RESPONSE at all of which I find it very rude and signs of incompetence. I will never advise anyone I care of to do any business with Prime Letting. I am counting months for my lease to end and I move out of this complex.</p>
