Rental Money Scheme

I had vacated A3 Rothchild Manor end of September 2015 before the end of my lease agreement on 30 november 2015 and paid the rental for October since I have respected the law of contract and was bound to do so. It had come to my attention that you have found the tenant that has occupied the same apartment that I have paid rent for. <br> <br> Are you not running some sort of money making scheme for renting out the apartment that i had paid the rental for to somebody else?<br> <br> Please advise when are you going to pay back my deposit amount including my October rental.<br> <br> Please further note that I am opting to seek legal advise based on your actions for leasing out the apartment that I had already paid rent for to somebody else.
