Prime Letting won't return my deposit

I took up a lease for a year with prime letting in Alberton. I left the apartment in a very good state and Prime letting agreed that I was due back my deposit and said the money would be in my account within 14 days. After 20 days of not hearing anything from them I contacted them to check on the progress, I was told the person who processes payments is not at work (Is there only one person who can process payments in this company?). It has been 5 days of waiting and every day I call and I'm being told the payment will be processed by COB. I am still waiting and I have not even received even a proof of payment, just a different story everyday.
