Prime Letting prolonging deposit refund!

<p>Entry Inspection, Mid-Lease Inspection, Exit inspection - DONE WITHOUT THE TENANT PRESENT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEGALLY.<br />I was called by my agent Michelle De Jong who advised me on the phone that the agent that stood in for her while she was on maternity leave, Presh Naidoo, had signed the inspection sheet without me present and that she knew this was not right and advised they need to refund me the remaining money (as I originally only received half back!) I called to follow up on my refund and Michelle had to wait for her manager to return from leave, I waited for that, still no response. I called again today and was advised she will return my call...nothing. I then called Prime Letting head office and spoke to a Widaad who advised me at 15:10pm today she would call me back in 20 minutes (15:30pm). I called back at 15:50 pm (20 mins later) and the receptionist Thando advised that everyone went home!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be sending through a lawyers letter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
