Poor finance management and service

<p>I had a lease with this company and they have proven that in several interactions that their staff is lazy and not proactive. They are unable to handle their finance and reconciliation of books. Prime Letting has no standardized processes and policies, they will delays to payback your deposit refund and they overlook emails and communication. I have been liaisoning with Vusi and Michelle De Jong and they don't care about customers. This is the most unprofessional, *********** and idle staff I have ever came across.</p>
