No Telkom lines in my flat

I have been a tenant for 6 months and a telkom line still has not been installed in my flat and they cannot even an estimate of when I might get it. Worst part is the Telkom lines are in the Building, all they have to do is pull a line into my apartment! They do not seem to understand necessity of having an internet connection. If you are looking to stay in a place with proper internet I would not recommend Prime Letting. IGN - 0/10.
