No deposit refunds

Avoid Prime letting by all means. They recently purchased a complex I used to live in. Upon taking over they gave all tenants one month notice period to evacuate the apartment’s because they "wanted to do renovations". We evacuated the premises and had to find a new places to stay. So basically they kicked us out and four months down the line no changes have been made to the apartments and they are refusing to give me my deposit back with no explanation as to why. The care taker is either not taking my calls or she’s waiting for finance department to give feedback.. For four months. I repeat AVOID PRIME LETTING.
