No deposit refunds

Prime letting. Please be informed that I have contacted the Rental Housing Tribunal and have received complaints case forms. As my deposit has still not been refunded and I have as yet not received quotes of "repairs" and\or evidence of the disrepair which we have been charged with (excluding what was witnessed upon move-in inspection by Karen Brand and what I had reported on many occasions, I will be taking this case further.
