Incorrect Billing and bad service

This company employs *********** staff. I received incorrect billing for outstanding amount on my due rent. I have always paid rent in full. When I queried this amount Eloise Jansen van Rensburg first told me to ignore it as it was an error. (I have proof of those emails) Then later the same amount keeps appearing in my statements as unpaid. I query again with her and she gave me the worst attitude ever and to date has refuses to assist me and ignores my emails. New management has taken over our units and I'm now stuck with this amount to pay this amount. Eloise Jansen van rensburg has failed do her job and now I must take food out of my child's mouth to pay for something I do not owe. Nobody has assisted me from this company and they behave this way because they know that a roof over ones head is a necessity. I will not rest until I am heard.
