Incompetence

I have been paying rent for the last 6 months, and each time my statement of rent comes through it shows that I am in arrears! yet i have been emailing them all the proof of payment from all those months of rent.

I have emailed the principal and he also was not of any help. They have been changing portfolio managers every month, and every one that seems to take over doesn't have a clue as to what I am talking about. This has been a struggle cause i have been paying rent. What are they really doing with my rent money??? Each time I phone no one is ever willing to assist and they are full of bad attitude.

They are really an *********** rental agent!

Should my statement come at the end of the month and it is still not rectified, I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance and report this to the Rental Housing Tribunal. I cannot allow a company to have bad debt reflected against my name.
