******* reinstatement of lease contract

I have terminated my contract and vacated A3 Rothchild manor end of SEP 2015 after serving my 20 days notice.<br> <br> Your contract clearly stated that if I terminate the contract earlier than the end date I might be liable for cancellation penalty or the whole amount for the remaining term should you fail to find a tenant to occupy the apartment. <br> <br> In this case you did find the tenant who occupied the apartment for the month of OCT 2015 even though I had paid rental for OCT, this clearly means the rental for OCT was supposed to be added to my deposit amount and paid back to me.<br> <br> To my shock I received an email from Eliza advising me that I should pay rental for NOV 2015 as the tenant they got for A3 Rothchild was only for the remaining two weeks for the month of OCT 2015. <br> <br> The lease agreement I have signed with you clearly stated that I will be liable for the rental only if you do not find a tenant to occupy the apartment, so in this case you had found the tenant who occupied the apartment and this should automatically terminate my rental obligation for the remaining term since you cannot reinstate the lease agreement back to me.<br> <br> Now I am opting to contact my attorney for advise
