Deposit theft

Prime Letting is one of the most disgusting bunch of ******* for letting agents. They are inconsiderate,rude and ***********. All they know to do is pocket every cent from tenants who make the biggest mistake of their life in living in the flats/complexes poorly run by Prime Letting.The biggest mistake I've ever done is live at Montere!Vusi Dwane took it upon his own life to ***** every cent of my deposit without solid reason and because he is well aware of his theft he disappeared on me. He says his costs for painting the unit the poorly maintained where I lived was R4500. I know he did not spend up to R1300 to paint that unit!When I moved out he ran away from inspecting the unit with me then from no where came up with funny stories of taking R4500 from my deposit for things I dont about as I was not present with him to inspect.When I ask for receits as this my right as a tenant the man couldn't be found. He then sent me a **** quote which I disagreed with, he again ran away! The money for my remotes which I paid for has not been returned. I will not let Prime Letting or Vusi Dwane get away with this abuse there's ***** business going on&till they are investigated I won't rest!!
