Delay with Deposit

Prime letting has been giving me the run around and has been sending me from pillar to post. They looking for so many reasons not to pay out my deposit. Its a mission to get ahold of them and they never get back to you. I would never use their services again because they only helpful when they want you to become their tenant after that they could not be bothered. I've had a really bad experience!!
