Broken Sliding Door Glass Replacement

On Friday 28.08.2015 when I came back from work I had found the sliding door Glass broken and shattered on the floor inside my apartment. First thing I did I called prime letting consultant in roodepoort by the name of Elizna to explain the problem. She advised me since it was a short notice and late she couldn't be able to make a payment to contractors(PG Glass) however should I be on a position to pay them R3000.00 she can contact them to come replace the glass since they are 24 hours service and I will be reimbursed after the report. Since I did not want to sleep with the wide open sliding door I had agreed to pay on Friday night but the contractors did not show up. PG Glass can to replace the glass on Saturday afternoon and Prime Letting consultant-Elizna did not want to pay them and eventually authorized them to remove the glass that they have just put. I have slept with a child in the apartment where the sliding door have been removed due to prime letting's reluctance to pay PG Glass quality services. Elizna is the person who authorized for the removal of sliding door and exposed my life into danger and cold for 3 days as she claimed her cheap contractors will come on Monday
