Bad service/No communications/ Inconsideration

I have lived in Prime lettings properties for a one year& feel ********** my hard earned money!When I moved into the unit the paint on the walls was one of the cheapest as it's one of those that would wipe of on your clothes or clothe if you were lean on it, the geyser always died on us. Security was not even safe as our cellphones were suppose to be connected to the intercom&this was Never done if some one came looking for you they would just let them in if they mentioned your unit number which was extremely dangerous considering the amount we paid for rent. Towards the end of the lease we put notice as required& it took them forever to as much as just respond in acknowledgement. Then when we moved out I specifically requested that we do an inspection of the unit with the agent Vusi Dwane before my deposit of R9975 is processed so he shows me where there's damages as inspection was done when we moved in, with no success Vusi Dwane blatantly ignored calls,messages or emails!Two weeks later he sends me an invoice showing they have taken R4500 JUST FOR PAINTING&PEST CONTROL FOR KITCHENET THATHAS JUST 4 CUPBOARDS. I MADE SURE THE UNIT WAS CLEANED BEFORE WE LEFT.I DISAGREE WITH THIS!
