Bad Attitude/no consideration /No communication

I can't begin to explain how how I feel about the ill treatment I have received after paying my rental of R6450 a total of R77400 without fail or late payment for 12 months of living at prime letting properties! Now that I have moved out what happens to the money I paid as my deposit? I am having to beg Vusi Dwane for my hard earned money who has shown no consideration what so ever!He fails to communicate at the best way he can!<br> <br> Do you all work by the ethics of these people only matter when they are paying us the money? What happens to word of mouth for your services? Or you don't care because you have millions of revenue coming in and a few unhappy people make no difference? I know that I would never recommend prime letting for anyone!<br> What happens now? I have called around and Vusi the paint you advised is used on the walls is not even 1/3 of the money you want to take from me, the painters don't charge 1/3 of what you apparently had on your quotation that you had made after I asked for proof!!It's been well over 14 days and tenant rights state I should have my full deposit refunded as you still have not shown me where you are charging me and no receipts have been provided!
