Erroneously credited Prime Hotel

In 2022 during conrades marathon i got accommodation at Prime hotel in morningside ! So the hotel is in the list of my beneficiaries !On the 4th of May 2024 i made a mistake by crediting Prime hotel with R1000! I called the hotel , wrote whatsup messages! And spoke to mr Nxumalo, Mlondi and Khaya concerning my mistake! They finally said i must send my banking details! Which i did on the 04/05/24 i called them again and now it looks im being given excuses till now! I need the money desperately bcos their account was credited in error!
