Disgusting, Dirty, ****roaches!

I had a late book in around 10pm due to work commitments. We arrived and were shown our rooms. i put my bags in the room and then left to get some food. When we returned i turned on the aircon which made a terrible noise, clattering as if it might fall off the wall. I went to the bathroom, the shower was dirty and the toilet did not flush properly. When i went into the room again to put something in the fridge i noticed numerous ****roaches in and around the fridge. At this point in time we could not book anywhere else and were forced to stay there the night. When i opened my bags in the morning the roaches had got into my bags, it was absolutely disgusting. We checked out and found somewhere else to stay. The manager has refused to refund and has taken no responsibility for anything and has basically told me he doesn't care. They have made no effort to make amends in any way. Please for your sanity and hygiene don't ever stay at that place.

Prime Hotel Morningside is the worst place i have ever stayed at.
