poor service

I am currently interested in designing jeans buttons and ribbits as well as logos for my clothing line. After arriving at their company looking for assistance i was told that i needed to book an appointment however this was not mentioned when i phone a week later. The receptionist told me that one of the reps will contact me. Few days later no contact. I then sent an email complaining about the long wait for a response. I was then contacted by a rep and i asked her to communicate via email and we can set up an appointment which she aggreed to. I am still waiting on a further respones. If anyone can refer me to a different company that can assit it would be appreciated
