Complain- bad service

I think this company is out there to take people's money, i joined them late last year made a deposit of 250$, waited over a month for a manager to be allocated to me. when that happened I've already made a lost of +\-20$. I then app**** for a withdrawal of which neven happened, i had another manager allocated to me who was pushing me to make more deposit into my account of which i have not done. then decided to park this to my suprise on monday received a call from the recovery department of PrimeCFDs wanting to assist me and informed me that i have lost 100$ for being non active, told his to call me later as it was not convenience for me to speak to him at that time. He then promised to call me on tuesday the 13 March 2018 at 1h00 South African time as we agreed however that did not happen. So now tried to login into my account the system says i have entered incorrect username/password. clicked on forgot password, the login credentials that were sent to me when entered gave me the same error message. So now i dont want anything to do with them, i just want my money back what ever is remaining on my account to be deposited into my bank account.
