I bought tiles at prime build Carletonville yesterday they delivered yesterday afternoon I asked them what if I find tiles broken the owner told me to return them while my tile installer was busy installing them this morning he found that some where broken I took them back to the store and the owner was giveng us attitude and refuse to exchange the tiles he told us we had to open all the boxes and check all the tiles one by one while the driver was delivering them imagine buying 20 box of tiles and opening them one by one he was very disrespectful and arrogant towards us even his workers where not happy the way he treated us.
