Unreliable Services after Sale

Company promised us the world when they sold camera's to us, they did not finish their installation. After numerous followups they eventually arrived to finish the job. A short while after Camera's stopped working.When you try to follow up they don't answer their phones including the CEO(Deon Botha).

When they eventually answer they make promises after promises , when it's the scheduled time of the meeting they don't pitch and when you follow up on whether they are coming or not they say "it's too late to drive to JHB , i will come tomorrow " and when tomorrow comes they also don't pitch.

They have acceptable service while you owe them money , once payment is made they don't join the party.All their Tax Invoices have exactly the same invoice numbers , after two months of weekly requests, we still haven't received amended invoices.

I will not recommend this company to anyone , they also state that they have employees working from JHB but all their staff are located in Rustenburg.
