Feels like I'm waiting for Godot

I have submitted a 3rd party claim on 28 May and to date (17 July) it has not been resolved. As if it is not enough that Primary Asset do not provide any feedback as to the status of the matter, they only started investigating the matter on 9 July and now tell me that I have to wait until they have investigated the matter thoroughly - i.e. received permission from the Prime Meridian client who caused the accident, to access his telephone records, because the eye witness to the accident reported him talking on his cellphone as the accident took place. I think that is preposterous! If they want to investigate and take steps against their client, it should not put me in a worse-off position as a third party. The damage is more than I can claim from the Small Claims Court, so it leaves me without a vehicle and without any support, as the Ombudsman does not deal with Third Party claims. I find the way they deal with third parties totally unacceptable.
