Claim approved but no payment

Claim number CL ********** 61 My claim is now stack at admin department with Lorain... The claim was approved on the 22/08/2017.I was told to sign agreement form and I did exactly as required.Lorain told me that they will make payment to MFC as soon as they received Natis document from the bank..I phoned her on the 7/9/2017 and she confirmed that she received documents but she still gonna send it for approval of payment ..I was told that they will make payment as soon as they received document and now she is gonna sent it for aproval...it means the process is taking so long.I submitted claim on 12/04/2017 and its been for month already without a car...I need to apply for finance for the new car but I can't get a car unless I settle my previous one ...could you please make payment as per our agreement and then send me prove of payment ...this claim is long overdue and you have received everything you wanted ....please kindly meet your faithful clients half so you can be able to make business with them again..
