I need my money back that I paid for registration.

I paid for registration because I wanted to study there unfortunately something came up which made me take a decision not to continue studying. So I asked them to refund my money they said they will at the beginning of the month January, now they keep ignoring me and sometimes they say they'll get back to me which they don't. I just want them to refund me my money back.
