Zero after sales service

Primacare does not supply any after sales service. They are very prompt to respond to sales enquiries but absolutely no after sales service. I bought a few products from them in 2017 for my mother. This included a patient hoist. One of the caster wheels became non operational. After numerous emails I got the following response: "at the moment we do not have castors in stock. I am sure a place like Builders Warehouse will have a heavy duty castor that can fit." I eventually found a castor at RS components. Then the charger unit packed up for the battery operated hydraulic actuator. Once again after numerous emails without a response I phoned to hear: they don't stock that particular unit any more and they can not help to replace or repair. I would strongly discourage any person to deal with this company.
