Primacare Bad Business practices

Ordered a new bed from PrimaCare, paid as per request. First off, struggled to get invoice out of them, Second had to wait for the bed, which is not a problem. Then when the bed arrived it was a demo model IE Second hand and it was damaged. Spoke to the company and they said they would deliver a new one and take the first delivery back. Second bed arrived, and only parts was delivered, NO BED. Did not take delivery and asked for a refund. This was also an issue and it took quite a while to get anything out of them. Then when the funds was return they withheld R1700, according to them as delivery charges. We have check the consumer law, they is not right and they do not want to know anything.<br> <br> Please be very aware of dealing with them. They are very friendly to take your money, but not so in returning after they stuffed up!
