Failure to deliver a product

<p>Shocking level of service and an appalling customer service attitude. Facetious and flippant. We ordered and pre-paid for a shower chair. They failed to deliver it on the specified date. They even made up a story that they left a calling card in our mail box. Utter *******. So having failed to deliver it, they closed for the Christmas and NY holidays, thereby forcing us to purchase a chair from an alternative supplier. Now Primacare is refusing us a full refund. This company is a joke and is best avoided.</p>
