I suspect most people make use of your company’s services under particularly stressful situations due to a loved one’s illness or some kind of physical impairment hence the need for specialized equipment. Your staff, especially the guys (Leonard and team) that delivered and assembled the bed, did so with such positive energy and a smile that it absolutely set the tone for how one views the ethos of the company. It also, made me feel that I made right decision to invest in hiring the bed since I could rely on Primacare if anything relating to the bed needed attention given the service that these guys provided.
