20 % charge on product returns

<p>I bought an overbed table from Primacare in Montague Gardens, Cape Town last week. Unfortunately, it does not fit under my bed. When I wanted to return the product (two working days later), I was told that I could not get a full refund and they will only refund me 80 % of what I paid for it. Bad customer service, Primacare.</p>
