Prima Motors sales car's in bad condition

I board a car for Prima Motors Wonderboom, they deliver the car to me end of November 2014. They only broad the car to me at night, so I only looked at the car next morning. It is a Volkswagen Jetta 5, 1.9 TDI Comfortline. The car look very bad the next morning. It looked like some one try to brake in to the car on the driver side. Inside the vents are broken. I report it to the garage and the said they can't help me. Then in the first month the engine mounting broke. After that I only had more and more problems with the car. No one wanted to help me. I only drive the car about 500 km and it was standing in the garage for the rest of the time. My husband phone the manager to ask the they can help with the car. The manager told us to get a quotation on the car. We did I send the quote to them and the manager speak to his boss. He made me a promise they will help me with the car. The quotation is about R16 000, but they still have to strip the engine to find the noise it is making. That will cost more money. Now they are not letting me know what's going on. Can you please help me.
