Fantastic service, amazing Dawn and team, thank you!

I returned to Cullinian after 9 years. In 2012 I went to Prima Lux and bought several diamonds, designed a lovely necklace for my daughter's wedding and entrusted them with my order. Just before her wedding, the much awaited parcel arrived in all it's glory, exceeding all my expectations! But that is not the reason for this review. The reason for this review is that I had the good fortune to return to Cullinian last weekend. I popped in to Prima Lux and said to the lady who let us in, "I don't think you remember me but I ordered a necklace from here year ago..." I had hardly completed my sentence, when the lovely lady (Dawn) interrupted me and said my first name. I was shocked and turned to my family to tell them that she had remembered my first name which in itself was difficult to pronounce, when she shocked me further by telling me my Surname!!! It was an astounding experience and I was truly flabbergasted that someone could remember such details after so many years and accurately too! Dawn then met my family who had grown since we last saw her as I had a new daughter in law. It was like a family reunion when her brother arrived to welcome us. It was in itself worth the whole trip! I must applaud Dawn and her team, who left everything aside to meet and chat with us. People if you want to buy jewellery or diamonds, please don't neglect to visit Dawn as they will give you the very best deal in South Africa. Congratulations Prima Lux and Dawn!
