Prima Bella - should be NON PRIMA BELLA

had a lot of problems with my shower door since installation. Now Prima Bella no longer in Cape Town, Was told to contact a lady , Anita in Cape Town . I contact her at the end of March. Never sorted out my issue. Who can pls help?
