Beware of Pride Pools International

Hi All, please be aware when dealing with pool companies as I have had the following ********** experience with Pride Pools International. Please learn from my experience:

* The pool job has taken more than three times as long as promised yet still not complete. * I was consistently **** to and shouted at by both the owner, Graham Thorne and his son, Paul Thorne. * There was no quality control on the job. * I was left with cracked mosaics, chipped tiles and a leaking pool. * There was no hand over of the pool or explanation how the salt chlorinator works. * The pool backwashes into mid air. * I have had to get another pool company in to fix their faults as they have still not arrived on site as promised.

Pride pools international has appalling service with rude owners and should not be allowed to operate.
