Worms in Millie Meal Pride 2.5kg

We purchased a 2.5kg Pride Millie from Checkers on the 17th March 2025 through the Checkers 60 delivery service. When we got the millie meal we opened it entered into our container which was clean nothing in it as it was just washed. Only to find worms and silky webs inside, upon checking i found worms, looks like silk worm crawling in the food and proceeded to video it and took a few pictures. This totally unacceptable surely some sort of QC was to have done here. I did call your office and spoke to Berna whom was supposed to get Onica to call me of which did not happen hence i took this route now as it seems i'm been ignored!!
