Webbs, larvae and insects in popcorn

Their email address doesn't work that's why I'm here. I found worms and insects, webbs and a lot of seed crumbs which show that the seeds were being eaten for a while now and are very old yet the expiry date is December. Is it the store change dates in packages or Pride milling selling old seeds. Before you buy any pride products be aware there's no customer service or after sales care. Stay away if you can
