Rotten Pride Maize Meal

I bought a 5kg packet on Pride maize meal. When i open the packet, it was rotten. and there were worms with mold inside the bag. I called their customer care line on the 21st of Jan 2020. and they logged an enquiry 74095 spoke to Marie Buikhuizen. But up to this day no body has contacted me regarding my query.

I had to throw away the whole packet, what a waste of my money.

I am very disappointed.
