No care or consideration for their clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could I would give a rating less than a 1 star. I had problems before with my rabbits food when foreign pieces were found inside the food and yet staid loyal to the brand as they confirmed it was not harmful. Now they have decided to increase the size of the pellets without ANY warning or notices on the packages. The only person that has been helpful through situation 1 was the complaints lady Onnica . I think the brand manager fior this product needs to wake up!!!Now this issue with the change in size really no care for your clients...which are animals!!! I am utterly disgusted with your service from product management to communication with clients.REALLY you just change the size like you like this is not on.Who regulates what goes into your packages because oreign objects found to doubling the size???????
