Excellent customer service

We bought a 5kg bag of Pride maize meal in November 2021.

As my fiance was cooking pap she, encountered an issue with the texture of the maize meal. When she showed me this, we immediately contacted, Pride milling.

Juleen who answered the line at the time, gave us excellent customer service, by calming us down and adviced on what she will be doing to assist the situation.

After emailing Juleen that day. It only took Pride 2days to give me a responses _ which was a mail from Maria once again like Juleen, taking ownership and giving me the best response that made my December holidays pleasant. Maria mentioned that they will replace the 5kg bag, and not a word of a lie, within a week they came to swop out the 5kg for a 12.5kg!!! bag of maize meal.

I really didn't expect this extend of great assistance and care from a big company.
