AMAZING SERVICE*****

<p>I bought Braai Pap by a Company by the name of PRIDE. I was not satisfied with the product when I opened it. I phoned their Customer care line and spoke to a Lady that was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained what they will be doing to assist me in the matter as the product I bought could not be used. </p> <p> </p> <p>The following day a gentlemen phoned me and asked for my work address and if I would be avaliable the day. He delivered a Brand new bag of PRIDE braai pap and even though initially I bought a 2.5kg, he gave me a 5kg. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very pleased with their service and I recommend them to everyone, these days you do not expect Customer Care to be this concerned with their Consumers issues. But they surely were.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you PRIDE MILLING!!!</p>
