Worst Service Ever

Nkosi has no communications skills whatsoever and expects his clients to call after him with no response. The hinges from my kitchen cupboards broke within a year and made me wait for 3 weeks to notify me if his men would fix it of which still has not pitched. He further blamed his poor workmanship on me arguing negligence without having seen the cupboards
