Be warned! Day light ******* and arrogance.

I have to warn potential clients against *****ly Pear Creations & Events . We used them for a black tie event last night, but they didn't deliver at all. Ordered white arrangements with yellow accents...to fit with the theme (white and silver) and corporate colors (white, Grey and yellow). We received wilted recycled arrangements from someone's Christmas party...in gold, red and green. A mere 5 old proteas and 10 red roses (>R3000...). With some old sunflowers supported by wire as the yellow accents. The foliage were wilted and the water dirty with sediment. We also were promised (and supp**** with photos) of 2 and 3 stem white phaleonopsis for the tables and paid R433 per plant...Received some very sad looking post the sell by date single stem phaleonopsis. Even the beautiful ones in Woolworths is less than R200. We had to pay all upfront. The owner had a very arrogant attitude when we phoned him in distress and even made us out to be the ***** not knowing what we've ordered. We ended up rushing to Spar and Woolworths and redid the flowers ourselves. The saddest part? This was a charity event for an NGO serving underprivileged children day light *******.
