Unacceptable conduct by Price 'n Pride

<p>In October 2014 i became aware of an account open in my name at Price 'n Pride via a Transunion notification. After enquiries i contacted the Pretoria CBD Branch Credit Manager to assist with information relating to this bogus account. It was indicated that the account was opened in Rustenburg - Boitekong Branch. We contacted the Branch and liaised with the credit manager at this branch (name: Pleasure) to assist with an investigation regarding this account as i have never been to Boitekong nor to Rustenburg as i am a resident of Pretoria and i have never opened an account nor ever been interested in an account at Price 'n Pride. All the required documentation was submitted as required to allow the establishment to conduct thier own investigation into this matter.</p> <p>Transunion also at the time requested a number of documentation of which i duly comp**** and my credit record was put back in good standing. To my shock a few days ago a company by the name of DMC, lodged a debt against my name and registered it on my credit record, after enquiry they indicated it relates to a debt with Price 'n Pride. I find this behaviour utterly distasteful and unproffessional to say the least as Price 'n Pride are aware of my enquiry and have all the documentation i submitted for them to investigate and resolve this matter to now come accross this on my credit record yet again without my knowledge or communication from the establishment. After various attempts of trying to locate the branch and credit manager who was assisting at the time i get told that the Branch is no longer there and the credit manager no longer works for the establishment. What must happen now? How can they go and put this yet again against my credit record without any communication and not resolving or providing me with any feedback or outcome of the investigation i respectfully requested as i have never had any business dealings with Price 'n Pride?</p> <p>This conduct and behaviour is unacceptable and simply unproffessional and i still require feedback and this to be fixed as a matter of urgency as this establishment is tarnishing my reputation as a customer and my credit record.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Nontando</p>
