Laziness and no action

I have a TV that went blank with sound and the past Friday a hisense technician came to assessed the TV and had my wife sign and never left a copy of same,the incident was logged with both hisense and price n pride two weeks ago and to date I'm still in the position of the broken TV and no one is saying anything,one has to make noise to get service in this country.
