I am a regular customer at Preview Sandton. I bought a shoe in May 2015. When I wear it the following day, it broke into two. Despite showing a receipt, Marina, the manager demanded a bank statement - I went to Mozambique where my bank is and printed the statement. Now she says she will not refund and won't give me back the broken shoe. She gave me a bad attitude and ask me to call head office - which I don't even know where it is. It's a ****************.
