Poor Service companys in South Africa - Sandton City - Preview Shoes

dont every buy shoes from the brand they have no respect for thhere clients no respct for there service. they think they are Greek they know it all or Itlain. They wish they did. so I bought a shoe from them and they dont want to assit me with getting hold of the manufacturer of the shoe- the manufacture is willing to help but they need permision from the store to say i did buy it from them. Preview doesnt want to even help. no one is asking them to refund me - its now more then six months this is going on Malina the owner of preview i am still waiting for your call with the countless amounts of messages i have left for you. You and your brand are putrait. I never buy a shoe from you store agian and i will make sure my family no one i know surports you ever again. You have a stinking attuitde just like all you staff in the headoffice. i will go to Gucci or Mr price and still better service then your store.
